CCNA curriculum and guidelines….

CCNA is divided into two main parts which are the CCNA Discovery and the CCNA Explorations. CCNA Discovery mainly deals with the basics of networking with the practical guidance about the networks. It provides the basic skills needed to handle a network and the network environment. The curriculum starts with giving the student the idea of basic networking concepts and leads them to an expert level. It makes the students quite capable of dealing with small and medium sized networks in enterprise networks. The curriculum is designed in way that the students having very basic level of math and problem solving skills will be easily taught the course from the start till the end. With the practical exposure provided to the student with laboratory work, the students learn a lot easily. The design of the curriculum was kept easy for the students so that the students from any background will find it easy. CCNA Exploration is designed for the students already having the basic concepts and having strong skills of problem solving and analytical. It also covers the basics and leads the students to become experts in dealing with integrated networks and the networking issues. The curriculum of CCNA Exploration is based on both the theoretical study and the practical methods to make the student highly skilful. The curriculum of CCNA Exploration includes,
